San Cayetano is a traditional spanish country village with all the modern facilities you could ask for. It is just a short walk to banks, cafes, a supermarket and a bakery, as well as an internet cafe. There is a restaurant on the development which features in the michelin guide and serves absolutely divine food. The communal pool is only a matter of feet from the front door. and has a children's section at one end. 

The house views the Cabezo Gordo mountain which dominates the local landscape. The ground floor comprises a comfortable living/dining area with a kitchen to the rear and a shower/wc to the right. There is a very comfy sofa which doubles up as a metal action double sofa bed. There is a portable aircon/ heater unit for your comfort and in the TV unit you will find tourist information, Spanish phrasebooks and dictionnary and a map of South East Spain along with a DVD box set of The Simpsons.
Out the back there is a second patio area where the washing machine and clothes drying rack are.
The first floor is accessed by a marble staircase and from the landing you have one double bedroom with private balcony, a family bathroom complete with bath and shower and another twin room with bunks. Both bedrooms are supplied with large fans. Up the second flight of marble stairs there is the private roof solarium with patio furniture and spectacular views,
In the bedrooms you will find a few items of our own which we are happy for you to use, including a car booster seat, armbands, body board, pool ball, football, mini basketball, toy swords and a magnetic dart board.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed 1 double bunk bed located in the twin room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
