This villa is on El Valle Golf Resort, a secure gated community, with frequent security patrols. It is a large, single level villa with 3 twin bedrooms, 1 with dressing room and bathroom with spa bath and shower. There is also a family bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge freezer containing provisions for your use, but please replace with an equivalent. Likewise, the drinks cabinet. The villa overlookes the third tee. Flotation aids are provided for small children for use in & near the pool. Pool towels are also provided.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Harrison says: "We arrived in El Valle on the Sunday afternoon and we werent disappointed! The site itself is absolutely stunning with the Golf Course as the centre piece. The villa is literally about 10 yards from the third tee as per the description and has great views over some of the early holes. The El Valle complex is completely fenced off with regular security patrols ensuring your safety at all times and as such would be perfect for a family. The club house overlooks the back nine with a beautiful out door seating area as well as two bars alongside a restaurant. Whilst a car is essential it really adds to the holiday with Murcia, Cartagena and La Manga in and around half an hour away - We tried a new beach almost everyday. All in all a fantastic week and would recommend to anyone."
