is centrally located in a prime position within the 5 star Polaris World Resort of Hacienda Riquelme. The apartment is close to the resort centre and amenities, it has a large south facing balcony/terrace with fantastic views out over the 8th, 9th, 18th fairways, the main lake and on down through the golf course. One of the many resort communial swimming pools is close by.

The apartment is just 15 minutes from the fantastic beaches of Mar Menor and the many blue flag beaches of the area.
The Mar Menor, a huge 135 square kilometres salt water lagoon's salinity provides excellent buoyancy, reputedly making it one of the safest places in the world to swim.
