There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

There is a ramp to the main front door and there is a ground floor bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, historic sites, shopping areas.
