superb house situated on gated complex.fully furnished ,tv,air con,etc,large communal pool with bar which serves drinks and food when in season.the house is just 2mins walk from the center of the town with all its many shops,restaraunts and bars.5mins walk and you arrive at the superb beach& marina. here you can take a stroll along the paseo (promenade) and sample the restaraunts and bars and browse the seafront shops,the beaches in this area are among the finest in spain,and have all been awarded the blue flag, and are cleaned every day.just 1min from the house is a large market that takes place every week on a sunday which is well worth a visit,there is also a superb indoor fish market minutes from the house which sells locally caught crabbs,shrimp,and all kinds of fish.all bed linen,towel,setc is provided.the house sleep people,a double room and a twin with bunk beds,.bathroom with shower wc,etc downstairs there is a courtyard and second toilet,the kichen has everything you need for your stay and a welcome pack is provided for you. murcia airport is 45mins away and transport can be arranged to take you to the door and collect the keys.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
