The two other bedrooms both have twin beds which can be pushed together, bedside tables, large fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room/wc.

From the lounge area is a door leading to an outside covered seating area with large table 6 chairs and brick built barbeque. The garden has a private swimming pool, outside shower, patio and grass areas with plenty of space to sit in the shade or the sun. You will also find outside a further table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

The villa has air conditioning in ALL the bedrooms as well as the lounge/dining room and also has gas central heating.

 

Access to the newly designed Jack Nicklaus Golf Course is included, along with access to all Polaris golf courses in the region such as La Torre and Mar Menor.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
