Los Alcazares has many beaches with bars and restaurants running along side.
Catch the local ferry and take a trip to la manga excellent views and ideal for water sports

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Gerry says: "The property was really clean and all contents fresh and in good working condition.My big mistake was assuming that the property would have an Air-conditioning system - which it hasnt! It was a really warm week when we were there and although there were enough propeller fans to almost lift the roof off - they were sadly not the equivalent of a good A/c system. Without A/c it was uncomfortable for all of us until we became conditioned and then we slept with lots of windows open etc - which is not always ideal. We had a little problem with gas supply and had to call out the agent several times to rectify. Also there is no way that the property could house 9 people - we were a party of 5 adults and 2 children and felt that this was maximum capacity. in that sense the size of the property seems overstated. In every other respect we were pleased with the quality of furnishings,showers,electrical,TVs, en-suite and bathroom areas. Solarium area is very limited- (2 people) Cooking facilities and crockery and linens provided were very nice. Parking for 2 cars at kerbside was no problem. The shared pool area was nice but sometimes rather busy but as you would expect in brilliant sunshine. Location is good and as described - car is essential for getting out and about although walks to shopping in Santiago de la Ribera are very pleasant. I would only recommend to friends if I had learned that A/c had been installed. We were met efficiently and pleasantly and had all our (small number) of requests attended to satisfactorily."
