El senorio is situated on the outskirts of the small town of macisvenda, murcia. It is approached via a tarmaced road within 5 minutes walk of the town centre. The property is a large 4 bedroom single storey villa, set in its own grounds of 2,000 square metres. The gardens are fully enclosed, and secure. The property has electric gated access and has plenty of off road parking. Within the grounds there is a private swimming pool 9m x 5m in width 1m to 1.8m in depth. Alongside the pool there is a seating area with pool house with a fridge for cold drinks etc.

The villa is set in a quiet location with stunning mountain views to all sides, within 5 minutes walk of the town where there are 2 banks, a convenience store, bread shop and 5 bars. Within 5 minutes drive (3km) there is a good restaurant. Elche with a population of 200,000 is a 20 minute drive, with all modern shops / department stores, a zoo and a large hospital. The villa provides the perfect setting for those that want a quiet relaxing holiday but want to be part of a community at the same time. Ideal for walks in the country, relaxing undisturbed by the pool.
