This apartment is without doubt in one of the best locations on the resort. The luxury 5 star hotel and clubhouse with different style bars and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away, we chose this property when by just looking on a plan before the phase was even released and this is definetely one of the the best locations on the resort as I am sure you will agree.
The 18 hole golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and is a challenge for most players but if you find this one too easy or hard you can always try the other 9 courses which are all within a 40 minutes drive.
But this is not just a holiday for golfers because whether you play golf or not this is just a lovely opportunity to relax on a quiet resort and enjoy the beautiful views or visit historic and cultural citys and towns or just relax on the lovely beaches at the Mar Menor.
On the resort you can find numerous swimming pools with Jaquzzi, tennis courts, restaurants, bars, supermarket, health center etc.
Although we have had guests who did not hire a car as they just wanted to spend a week relaxing in the sun and there are taxis and also a shuttle bus to take you to other Polaris World Resorts, we do recommend a car so then you can enjoy all the amenities and sightseeing areas on this lovely coast of Spain.
There are numerous shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, and sports activities only a 15 minutes drive away in the towns of San Javier, Los Alcazares and San Pedro on the Mar Menor Coast. Including a very nice shopping centre called Dos Mares in San Javier.
Murcia Airport is only a 15 minutes drive and Alicante airport is 50 minutes away.
The city of Cartagena where the spanish navy is based is always worth a day out as it is a beautiful place to visit with many other attractions to see along with plenty of fiestas all year round.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a large 30m2 south west facing corner terrace giving you the choice of either sun or shade with fantastic views to the golf course, swimming pool, hotel and clubhouse.
It has been furnished to a high standard with air conditioning in the lounge and central heating in all rooms for the winter months.
There is a 32” widescreen tv with surround sound speakers along with home cinema system, xbox games console and dvd films.
On the terrace there is a sofa and 2 chairs plus dining table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is also an underground car parking with lifts to all floors.

The internet and computer facility is in the clubhouse 5 minutes walk from the property. Internet can used from the apartment at an added cost. Terrace is a corner with south and west facing aspect so sun or shade.
