It is in an incredibly quiet & peaceful spot yet just a five minute walk through lovely residential avenues to the best part of the seafront & several restaurants. It was the first (& is likely to be the only) development of its kind to be allowed here. Built in traditional Andalucian ‘pueblo’ style in order to be totally in keeping with the surroundings, there are winding paths, lovely private gardens, swimming pools & a popular snack bar on site. Proving very popular with families as children can play safely.

in the highest season you can find a beach to yourselves.The Costa Calida is a beaufiful part of Spain.
The area has a quiet village atmosphere with some local bars and shops and the La Azohia 4 star hotel.
The Port of Mazarron is 10 minutes drive away, and the
main shopping area is just further along about 5 minutes drive. There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, Sunday market, banks and hotels.
The town of Mazarron is 25 minutes drive away from the apartment, with Cartagena being 20 minutes away, which
also has some lovely shops. The surrounding area is very rural with mountain scenery and lots of greenery. There are small pockets of different towns, such as Fuente Alamo and La Manga especially for golfing.
 

Rest, relax … there is almost no pace of life in La Azohia. For the more energetic, there is swimming, windsurfing, diving at all levels, sailing, boat cruises, golf, biking, river rafting, tennis. If you need more unwinding, there is a spa at the local 4 star hotel, La Azohia. There is a wealth of interesting historical and geographical sites on the Costa Calida and elsewhere within the province of Murcia – salt flats, the largest lagoon in Europe, mineral mines, the oldest submarine in the world, cannon batteries, pirate lookouts, Roman and Carthaginian remains, Moorish architecture, Holy Cities, International Jazz festivals, rock concerts, fairs.Take a trip to the guns at Cabo Tinoso where the views are stunning. The food is fantastic, the locals are welcoming and the atmosphere is so laid back you can almost hear your heart beating.

You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
