All day sun close to all amenities plenty to do and see. Cartagena is only 35 mins away We are close to the lovely mar menor where there is very safe bathing especially for the children. Many cafes and pubs along the prom and childrens play areas, toilets etc. There are some good shopping centers too; and Murcia city center is only 50 mins away with top names stores for you to browse. . The famous La Manga Golf course is only 35 mins drive the comunity pool has a small area attached for the children the pool has a grassed area surounding it for your sunbathing. 

We have 2 comfortable twin bedrooms, a good size living room with English/Spanish TV Radio and DVD also ceiling fans and with a well equiped american style kitchen area off it and a large shower room. To the side of the property there is a covered area where you can relax with your meals or just a book. Up on the solarium there are sunbeds for you to top up your tan before you return home.
 

 

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The house has video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find historic sites, a museum.

Lots of local markets. There is one somewhere every day of the week to get wonderful frest fruit and veg.
