2 bedroom villa situated in Sucina, a traditional Spanish town, in the Murcian countryside with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The property is light and spacious with air conditioning and heating (for the chillier months). The outdoor area includes a patio, rooftop solarium and driveway for off road parking. In Sucina itself you will find bars, restaurants, banks, a selection of shops inc. a supermarket and chemist. The surrounding area is ideal for open-air sports, such as horse riding, mountain biking and trekking. Nearby you will find some of the best golf courses on the Costa Calida including the famous La Manga Golf Club, all within a 30 minute drive. Local beaches are 15 minutes by car and if history is of interest to you then a visit to nearby Cartagena (30 minutes drive) with its castles, forts and lighthouses is a must.
 

Sucina is ideal if you want a base away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism and yet within easy reach of local resorts, golf courses and places of interest.

The Mar Menor, the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe, has 28 kms of sandy beaches. It is 5 degrees hotter than the sea so feels like a warm bath. The nearest beaches include San Pedro del Pinatar, Santiago De La Ribera, Lo Pagan and Los Alcazares, all just 15 minutes by car. The shallow non-tidal waters of the Mar Menor make it an excellent choice for families with small children. Water sports also available.

Spain is great for outdoor living and with a patio area to the front and side and a rooftop solarium you will not be short of space to sunbathe, dine and relax with friends/family.
