LIVING:
The villa features three superbly furnished bedrooms, each with twin beds, with the Master converting to a double if required. There are two marble-tiled bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has three sets of French windows which open onto the pool area. It also has a fantastic ensuite room with twin washbasins, WC, bidet plus a whirlpool spa bath and shower. The other two bedrooms have the use of a luxury marble-tiled shower room, again with washbasin, WC and bidet. All linen and towels are provided.
The spacious Living / Dining area has a high, vaulted wood-beamed ceiling and marble flooring throughout. Three large windows and three sets of French doors open onto the private pool and large terrace areas outside. The luxury feel is perfectly complemented by stylish wood and leather furniture, and individually chosen furnishings and fittings.
FACILITIES:
The villa benefits from Air Conditioning and Central Heating in all rooms.
For entertainment, there is a brand new HD ready, digital TV, with all English channels, plus Satellite channels including Sky Sports, Movies, Setanta, plus many more. There is also a DVD player (with a selection of films), Radio/CD player, playing cards, books and board games.
The kitchen includes an American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, halogen hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. All pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. There is also a private utility area (recently enclosed) with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
OUTSIDE:
This property features large outside terraced areas, including private pool terrace (accessed directly from the lounge area, side terraces or the master bedroom). There is also a covered “Summer Kitchen”, which has a built-in BBQ and outside dining table and six chairs. Additional outside furniture includes a coffee table, with matching sofa and armchairs, table and chairs with parasol, plus sunloungers.
SETTING: The private pool terrace and Pergola dining area have superb views of the golf course (overlooking the Par 3, 12th Green), and sweeping panoramic views of the magnificent Murcian Mountains.

The resort is security gated with controlled access.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometers from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 mins you can be at the first aquapark in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura is now open.

Terra Natura Wildlife Park , Murcia, will cover an area of 13 hectares and will be home to more than 400 animals The park will have some unique attractions, perhaps one of the most ambitious plans is to recreate the Masai Mara natural park which is situated in East Africa.
Terra Natura has had major success with its park near Benidorm where it has become an established tourist and visitor attraction. There you can swing over an elephant enclosure, or go swimming with baby sharks.
There is a serious side to the attraction as nearly 1% of its ticket sales are ploughed into the Terra Natura Foundation, which as you might expect is dedicated to the long term welfare of animals both in the parks and in the wild.
Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas:
One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride)
The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sunbeds.
The swimming pool has a separate children's pool.




For those who like shopping there is a selection of malls to choose from, for example:

Dos Mares (20 mins) - has a selection of small shops, bars and restaurants, cinema, bowling and Eroski supermarket.

Cartegena (30 mins) – Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Toys r Us , Media Mart, garden centre, Casa and more plus a huge indoor mall with various shops on 2 levels, can easily spend the day there.

Nueva Condomina at Murcia (30 mins) a vast new shopping mall on 2 levels, next to Ikea.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The beds are extremley comfortable and the setting is lovely and peaceful. The pool is lovely and well looked after - I didnt want to come home. . "
