Casa Ana is a luxury villa located on the prestigious Polaris World El Valle Golf resort , Murcia, Spain. This stunning property has 3 double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , a large lounge and dining area , very well equipped kitchen and utility.There is a full entertainment system in the lounge including a Flat Screen LCD TV with over 50 satellite channels, a DVD player CD Player and Radio. There are plenty of film s, music CD's and books for any guests to use during there stay. There is air conditioning and gas central heating to all rooms making your stay comfortable whatever time of year you decide to go. All the floors are marble and the bathrooms are marble throughout. The En suite bathroom has a whirlpool bath with shower, a double basin vanity unit in marble, WC Suite & bidet by luxury sanitaryware manufacturer Duravit. The 2nd bathroom has a top quality walk in shower enclosure, basin set in a marble vanity unit WC suite and bidet. The kitchen has granite worktops and Bosch stainless steel appliances throughout. There is an oven, hob and cooker hood, a fabulous American style fridge/freezer dispensing filtered ice cold water or crushed ice. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer , microwave , toaster and of course coffee maker. The floors are marble throughout the villa and the high ceilings have a vaulted beamed design which is truly impressive. . . and thats just the inside ! Outside there is a fabulous private swimming pool with shower, a large covered terrace for outside dining , a brick built BBQ and plenty of outside furniture including luxury wooden sunbeds with sumptuous cushions . This truly is a fabulous holiday home. 

Casa Ana is situated on the luxurious Polaris World El Valle Golf Resort 15 minutes from Murcia City and 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. The nearest international airport is Murcia ( San Javier) again only 15 minutes from the resort. Alicante International airport is approximately 40 minutes away. The city of Murcia boasts many attractions including various historic places of interest for example the stunning Cathedral. There are also many restaurants , tapas bars and fabulous shops . On the outskirts of Murcia city there is an amazing shopping centre called Nueva Condomina with hundreds of stores , shops, restaurants , 10 screen cinema and bowling alley. The beaches of the Mar Menor for example Los Alcazares are truly beautiful with soft white sand and warmer waters than anywhere else on the Mediterranean. Watersports are in abundance and the shallow waters make them ideal for swimming. There is also a long promenade for the enthusiastic walker.  

The fabulous 18 hole Par 71 Jack Nicklaus golf course ois a mere 10 minute wlak from Casa Ana. This amazing desert course already has the reputation of being the best and most challenging in the region. In our welcome folder in the villa there are Golf residents forms which entitle you to reduced green fees whilst staying at Casa Ana. (You will also find lots of useful information in the folder to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible). The El Valle Club House ( Open May 2008) is alraedy looking stunning. There will be several restaurants, bars and shops including a fully equipped supermarket. As a temporary Polaris World resident you can also visit La Torre ( 5 mins drive from El Valle)and Mar Menor ( 20mins drive from El Valle) golf resorts .All the facilities are available for you including golf, swimming, gym, tennis and of course there are more restaurants and bars with live music.

Casa Ana is situated on the brand new El Valle Golf Resort in Murcia , South East Spain. The 18 hole Par 71 Jack Nicklaus golf course already has the reputation of being the best in the region and as a resident you can enjoy substantial green fee reductions and have access to the other Polaris World resorts within easy reach of El Valle if driving or alternatively take the free shuttle bus. From May the resort will boast an impressive Club House which includes restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket. The villa itself boasts an impressive lounge with vaulted ceing and dining for 6. There is a flat screen TV with over 50 satellite channels , DVD player, & CD Player. The kitchen has an American style fridge freezer with ice cold filtered water or ice on tap.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Longe. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.
