The apartment is a brand new, 2 bedroom luxury golf apartment on the new La Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort from Polaris World. The apartment is situated on the first floor and can be easily accessed via the stairs or a lift, which takes you from the secure underground car-park up to the apartment. The accommodation comprises of 1 master double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Both are fully quipped with fitted wardrobes & drawers and air-conditioning in each room for your comfort. Flat screen TVs are provided in each bedroom with built in dvd slots. (Bed linen and towels are provided for your use, although please bring your own beach towels).

The lounge/dining room is furnished to a very high standard including a 50 inch plasma TV complete with DVD player which plays CDs through a stereo system. Two chocolate brown leather sofas, a coffe table and natching dining table and chairs, all help to make you feel comfortable and at home> The lounge also benefits from air-conditioning as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and sandwich toaster. A Polaris World drinking water cooler is also provided for your use, replacement bottles of water can be purchased at a small cost from the onsite supermarket.

On the terrace we have provided a table and chairs for 'al-fresco' dining. There is nothing nicer than relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine and looking at stunning views of the pool and golf views. To cater for the sun-worshippers, there are 4 private sunloungers for use by the pools. 

The resort has a very well planned layout, and is amonst beautifully landscaped gardens supported by EDSA - a leading US company in designing tourist complexes around the world. As a guest on a Polaris World Golf Resort, you can use any one of the many communal pools, tennis courts and childrens play areas. The golf course will be opening April 2008, and a temporary supermarket is open, a bar-cafe with terrace, golf pro-shop and tennis courts. Work is starting April 2008 on the Town Centre, and will last approx 12 months. This will cause little or no disruption to life on the golf resort.
Car hire is essential, to enable access to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor, and to make full use of the excellent restaurants, bars and shopping facilities in the local area.

We also have a luxury 2 bedroom golf apartment which is available for rent on the Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort, which is just 15 minutes drive away from Hacienda Riquelme. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
