The open plan living and dining area with its twenty foot vaulted ceiling and feature cathedral windows creates a cool spacious atmosphere, which continues through the three sets of french doors opening out to the pool and terrace.

The property has been tastefully furnished to include two quality leather settees, a contemporary solid wood and glass dining table with six leather chairs and matching coffee table. Also for your entertainment a wall mounted Samsung 32' LCD TV with satellite and DVD/CD player.

A splash of colour on the alcove walls, wall hangings and the large open fireplace enhance the cosy atmosphere making it feel like home from home.

The three bedrooms have the flexible option of offering three twin bedrooms(ideal for golfing parties), or alternatively the beds can be easily zipped together to provide two superking size beds and one twin.
All the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and wall mounted full length mirrors.

The spacious master bedroom with its beamed ceiling and french doors accessing the pool, is further enhanced with a luxury marble tiled ensuite. This includes a jacuzzi spa bath and shower, duel sinks, wc and bidet.
There is a large walk in shower in the second bathroom with wc and bidet.

The fully enclosed garden because of its orientation benefits from the sun most of the day and well into the evening. You can relax at the pool on one of the comfortable reclining sun loungers, or take a little shade under the pergola. There is also a large covered dining area with table and six chairs for alfresco dining. Not fogetting the traditional brick built bbq.

The area offers a diverse selection of activities such as hiking, climbing and biking.

The Mar Menor itself is one of the biggest attractions, this saltwater lagoon is divided from the Mediterranean by the strip of land known as the La Mango del Mar Menor.
The strip of land is 22 km long and has hotels, casinos, bars and restaurants. The Mar Menor attracts water sports fans all year round with its windsurfing and jet skiing. The area is also great for children and many of the beaches have deservedly been awarded the blue flag.

No holiday would be complete without a trip to Lo Pagan, a town with the largest area of mud baths in Europe. The therapeutic qualities of the natural mud baths are renowed for their healing properties.

There are many opportunities for days out and we would recommend a visit to the historic town of Cartagena with its mix of history, naval port and shopping, something for everyone!

Twenty minutes drive from the villa on the outskirts of Murcia you will find Terra Natura Zoo.
Terra Natura is a new generation wildlife park where you can come into contact with the animals as if there were no barriers between you - at least no visible ones!
At Terra Natura you can see more than 300 animals from 50 different species including lion, giraffes and bears.
There are also a range of shows, entertainment and adventure activities to keep you entertained all day.

A recent addition to Terra Natura is Murcia's first aquapark Aqua Natura.
Aqua Natura covers 30,000 square metres adjacent to the zoo and includes 10 water slides, a lazy river and various pools and relaxation areas.

Murcia also boasts excellent shopping facilities, the recently opened Nueva Condomina is a shopping mall with some 200 shops. These include many UK high street chains. The complex also hosts a huge range of restaurants, 10 pin bowling and 6 screen cinema.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
