The house is on Hacienda Del Alamo, one of the newest and most prestigious golf developments in the Murcia region. A traditional Spanish style, fully furnished terraced town house style villa. There is 1 double room with an ensuite bathroom and separate access to the patio area. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The living accommodation is spacious. There is heating/air conditioning throughout. The house has front garden access to the rooftop cupola terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The lounge area has a TV with access to cable and a CD player with a radio.
There is a cafe and small children’s playground near the entrance to the resort. The club house has a top quality restaurant.  

Hacienda Del Alamo is a championship golf course designed by Dave Thomas and advertised by Miguel Ángel Jiménez, a famous Spanish golfer. There is an excellent golf academy, practice course and a two storey driving range. If you fancy a game of tennis there are courts available.  

The resort is 25 minutes from the lovely beaches of Mazarron. The whole area is surrounded by mountains and farmlands. There are nice family friendly beaches at Mazarron. Alternatively the seaside resort of La Manga del Mar Menor is 40 minutes by car. Cartagena, Spain's largest naval base has plenty of shops and restaurants and is only a 15 minute drive away. Fuente Alamo is 5 minute drive and has a supermarket, bank and a couple of cafes. There is an interesting market on Saturdays. Fuente Alamo is a small quiet traditionally Spanish town. Murcia is the 10th largest city in Spain and is only 30 minutes away by car. Murcia city has excellent restaurants and lots of shops and historical sights.
Located in Murcia – one of the most beautiful regions of Spain and set in an idyllic environment, the area enjoys a perfect climate all year round with over 300 days of sunshine at an average temperature of 21 degrees Celsius. In fact, the World Health Organisation rated the local climate as one of the healthiest in the world!
The nearest airport is San Javier which is around a 30 Minute drive. A car is essential for this location.  

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
