This beautiful Penthouse apartment is ideally located near the 1st hole green on the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. The Apartment has all of the amenities you require to make your stay comfortable and hassle free.

It is more spacious than the other standard apartments on the resort. The lounge area comprises of a 3 and 2 seater leather suite, an LCD television with Spanish TV channels (showing British premiership matches), DVD player with selection of DVDs. CDs can also be played through the DVD player. The Dining area has a large dining table to comfortably seat 4 persons. From here you can walk out onto the large rooftop terrace area which has table and chairs, sun loungers and outside lighting. It has views of the 1st hole of the golf course and large pool and kids paddling pool.

The fully equipped kitchen contains all the facilities you require including oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge freezer.

The beautiful contemporary bathroom has a wonderful power shower over the bath. There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There are patio doors out of both bedrooms leading out onto a balcony with uninterrupted countryside views.

The living areas and bedrooms have air conditioning and heating throughout.

The Resort itself has a spacious feel with tree lined avenues, open green areas and childrens play parks. There are a number of facilities including a shop and bar/clubhouse. There is a bus link to another Polaris World resort La Torre with its numerous bars and restaurants for you to use. 

The resort is lcated near the village of Sucina, here you will find a small selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The larger town of San Javier is less than 15 minutes drive and has a large selection of restaurants icluding, Tapas, Chinese, Steak House and Spanish cuisine.

The beautiful beaches of the Costa Calida are 15 minutes away by car. The Mar Menor with its lagoon, beaches and water activities is a must.

The cities of Murcia and Cartegena are approx 30 minutes drive, both have many historical sites to see.

Farther afield, for skiing in winter, the mountains of the Sierra Nevada are a 3 hour drive.  

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
