La Tercia Village can be found at the foot of the Sierra de Columbares (natural park), this area is known as the garden of Europe and it is a beautifully peaceful and picturesque area. La Casa at United Golf Resorts La Tercia nestles amongst the orange and lemon groves and is just 15 minutes drive to Murcia city, or the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor.
 

The area is famed for its selection of golf courses, nearby are the golf courses of La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle, Hacineda Riquelme and Peraleja Golf resort. Guests at la Casa can play on all of these courses subject to the normal course handicap requirements and arrangements can be made to book tee times locally or before you leave for your holiday.

In addition to golf, many other activities are available nearby, including boat charters, fishing trips, scuba-diving, windsurfing, water-skiing, sailing, therapeutic mud-baths & thermal springs, horseriding, nature reserves, aqua parks.

There are wonderful views from both the balancy and penthouse solarium across the resort to the mountain range beyond.
