This is a 2 bedroom penthouse self catering apartment that sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedded room. It is fully air conditioned, is 100m from the 7 mile Vera Playa beach and has use of the communal pool set in a fenced garden. The apartment is fully equipped with a compact but modern kitchen and a fully tiled bathroom in a quiet area with adequate streer parking 

A car is recommended to facilitate visits to the interesting local towns and villages such as Mojacar, Garrucha, Villaricos and Vera. Mojacar Playa is the centre of the night life scene, Villaricos is an interesting fishing village and Vera is full of fascinating antiquity. Every place has its share of pubs, wine bars and restaurants and in the high season there are excellent beach restaurants set up by the locals 

There are many interesting places to visit such as the world famous Alhambra at Grenada some 2 hours drive away as well as an abundance of National Parks and places of interest such as the Spanish Wild West movie studios  

We ask that guests do not smoke inside the apartment, but use the terrace and roof terrace (solarium). The solarium has 360 degree views of the Mediterranean to the South and elsewhere to the mountains.

The penthouse comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
