Brand new in 2006! This is a modern 2-bedroom apartment, which has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a double bed settee, so comfortably sleeps four people( or six - if a bit crowded). The lounge has satellite television and a DVD / CD Player, so when the sun gets too much home entertainment is at your fingertips! This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. Central air-conditioning and heating is included, so cool in the summer and warm in the winter is available. It has a large L shaped terrace ideal for al fresco meals or just soaking up the sun! There is a security-controlled entrance as well as a private covered parking space. The complex boasts beautiful communal garden areas as well as two outdoor pools, paddle tennis and Children’s play areas. There is also a new Supermarket, located next to the complex to take care of all your shopping needs!
APARTMENT LOCATION
Lomas del Mar II is only 2KM away from the beachfront and it’s central location means that the complex is close to Vera Playa and al the local amenities including shops, restaurants and bars. If you want to explore further Garrucha is only 5-minutes away by car and Mojacar only a 10-minute drive. There is also a choice of various Championship Golf Courses, including the fabulous Desert Springs Club for the golfers amongst you, and for the skiers the Sierra Nevada Slopes are within easy driving distance!
