Golf courses: The apartment is situated within eay reach of five beautiful 18 hole courses including, `Desert Sands` and `Marina de la Torre`. Valle del Este Golf Course in Vera All have clubhouse, golf shop, restaurant and bar.
 

Mojacar is situated in the South East of Spain and has the sunniest, driest climate in Europe. The area has a great variety of landscape and facilities. It is one of the few places on the Mediterranean where you can still find deserted beaches and countryside with no intensive tourism. Near to apartment in Mojacar there are many varied restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets! Several excellent supermarkets close by, banks, pharmacies and local shops. The fishing village of Garrucha is 1km away and a frequent bus service runs here along the sea front of Mojacar and also up into the hills to the old Moorish town of Mojacar.


This environment encourages an outdoor life with plenty of scope for families, golfers, walkers/tourers, those wishing to participate in water/beach activities or relax in the delightful beach bars and restaurants. The area boast 17 kms of beaches and open coves, stretching to Cabo de Gata with the dunes of Nijar Natural Park, down to the Marina of Almerimar, one of the largest in the Mediterranean. There are numerous golf courses, picturesque towns and villages with white Moorish houses full of tradition, history and charm. The City of Almeria is excellent for shopping and site seeing.

The area is overlooked to the rear by the Sierra Nevada Mountains - skiing is possible here during the winter months and is only a few hours drive away. The mountains in the region have also been backdrops to films such as Indiana Jones, there is a Hollywood film set to visit.

The nearby mountainous area is popular with hikers and mountain bikers for both nature, and bird watching. It is no surprise that this area is known throughout Spain as El Rincon del Embrujo (The Corner of Enchantment) and attracts quality tourists looking for the real Spain

Another nearby village is the village of Vera that is an old Spanish town founded in the 6th century; it also has a beach resort of Vera Playa,

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Teresa says: "Fantastic apartment, had everyting we needed during our stay. The complex is great for families with a superb pool which is manned by a lifeguard during open times. The location is a good ten minute walk to several resteraunts, bars supermarket and phamacy although the walk back is up several steep hills. Alison was most helpful on arrival when our taxi got lost and went to the trouble of organising taxi to take us back to the airport so a big thank you to her. Owner responded promptly to enquiries before we went and sent links for things we requested such as car hire. We would highly recommend this apartment although we do feel it would be a bit of a stretch to fit 6 as the double sofa bed is not quite as big as a double but would be adequate for 2 young children. Overall the appartment afforded excellent value for money and a very high standard of finish with its full size fridge and cooker. We look forward to visiting this apartment again in the future."
