The fully air conditioned, three bedroom villa can be set up as two doubles and one twin, or one double and two twins or three twins. If four people share the villa it can be configured with two ensuite bathrooms, otherwise there is one ensuite, one family bathroom and a cloakroom. Additionally there is a fully fitted kitchen, a living/dining room and a large verandah with bar-b-que, which for most of the year is used as the lounge/dining area.

Outside there is a private swimming pool which can be heated when required, a petanque pitch, garden and an enormous roof top solarium. The villa is overlooking the second green (no golfers up to four hours before sunset) and is within easy access to all resort facilities.

Set high on a plateau with panoramic views over the Almanzora valley towards the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains, there is something quite special about the perfectly maintained desert parkland; the largest rock and cactus garden in Europe.

The contrast of the immaculate fairways and ‘desert springs’ with the arid landscape of cactus, rock and flowering desert, all framed within a panorama of landmark mountain ranges, is stunning at all times of year. The course is both demanding and exhilarating and offers a variety of shot making challenges to test the skill level of every player, from the beginner to professional.

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private west facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a east facing patio area (with heater), a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. Close to the villa you will find a beach.
