The apartment is set in a secure urbanisation which is great for families and has a choice of pools as well as a beach just a short stroll away. There is one double bedroom, one guest bedroom and large lounge with fully equipped kitchen and private garden.

The Costa de Almeria region
Almeria is famed for having the highest number of sunshine hours in Spain. In the Summer temperatures can soar to over 40 º yet in the winter we enjoy pleasant daytime temperatures in the high 20º s.
