This apartment is situated on the first floor of the Vera Mar 5 complex Vera playa.
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.
The lounge/dining area is furnished with a sofa, an arm chair, table and 4 chairs, this leads out to a balcony which is equipped with a table and chairs for those wishing to eat al fresco on the warm summer nights after a long day on the beach.
There is also a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and
microwave this leads out to a utility area equipped with a washing machine.
The bathroom consists of bidet, hand basin, toilet and a bath with shower.
The apartment also offers British TV satellite system with 12 channels including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky One, Sky Sports and Sky Movies, along with a DVD and video recorder and a selection of films for you to watch.
There is remote controlled air conditioning fitted through out the apartment.
The communal swimming pool has a lifeguard on duty when the pool is open.
The surrounding area is very peaceful, even though the beach is only a 2 minute walk and can be seen from the apartments balcony.
There is a selection of bars and restaurants within walking
distance including the Valle del Este Beach Club
