Outside the pool areas are surrounded with well-kept community gardens, and a large children's play area is included within the complex.
The villages of Garrucha which you can walk to along the beach promenade as well Mojacar are nearby and Vera Town. An excellent supermarket, selection of shops, a bank, local bars, cafés, restaurants and an Internet cafe are all within a short walk to the nearby commercial centre.
