The villa has its own 12x6 metre pool which can be heated in the winter months, full size tennis esatblished gardens. Built to a very high specification in 2002 it has full climate control with air conditioning and central heating.
The villas offers a fantastic smeg fitted kitchen, office facilities with high speed internet (you must bring your own laptop).
The stunning views from each of the bedrooms balconies are the awesome sunsets watched while enjoying a glass of wine by the pool are simply magical.

Set in orange groves near the sleepy village of Los Coloraos. This villa is ideal for relaxing by the pool or visiting the local area. The nearest town of Antas just 5 minutes away retains it´s typical Spanish charm, but at the same time offers all the amenities needed with bars, restaurants and shops.
The motorway is 5 mins drive and the villa is within 15 mins drive to 2 superb Golf Courses.
The beaches are within a 15 minute drive with Mojacar Playa which is about 2 miles long affering all the typical resort facilities.
 

Finca Lucia can sleep a maximum of 18 persons, making this an ideal property to share with close relative or friends,.
Although this is a large property due to it´s design and layout it is extremely versatile, therefore is just as comfortable for a single family or smaller group of friends as it is for 2/3 families or larger groups.

Also ideal for tennis groups who will not need to leave the property as it has it own full sized tennis court and Golf Societies we are able to arrange discount tee times for you at 3 courses within 15 mins drive including the championship course Desert Springs and a further 3 courses within a 90 minute drive.  

The villa also has a safe for your use. 2 of the 3 twin bedrooms have 3 single beds in each. the views from the villa are breathtaking over the orange groves and into the distant mountains.

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 3 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 18 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
