A privately-owned, sunny, ground-floor flat in a well established and quiet neighborhood of La Parata, an exclusive area in Mojacar, Almeria province southeast Spain. The luxury flat was fully refurbished in late 2004 and has modern fittings and fixtures in the kitchen and two full bathrooms adjoining the two bedrooms. The sun room has a comfortable sofa. Renters are entitled to use the tennis court and swimming pool across the street. There is also a very good restaurant on site at the pool and tennis court. There is a split A/C unit which also provides heat for winter rentals. We have a generous selection of DVD movies and CD music that will suite all ages. We have left tennis racquets and some swimming toys in the store area for family rentals. 

We have two fully furnished bedrooms with built-in closets. One bedroom has two single beds and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have sunny windows that open to small balconies on the front and rear of the villa. The sun room, at the rear of the villa, also has a comfortable sleep sofa that can accomodate two children sleeping comfortably. 

Nestled in the hills above the beaches of Mojacar, our villa provides a quiet respite for holiday makers. It is less than a 15 minute walk down the hill to the beaches where one can find UK-style shops, restaurants and bars. There are several golf courses near-by and water sports abound. Or one can take to the hills above our villa and walk over the top to the old town of Mojacar and see the influence of the Mooors in the architecture and explore the artist galeries in the old town. Views of the coast and the sea are breathless from the roof-tops of this old town. 

The rear patio and bar-b-q area is shared with other property owners and has spectacular views of the hills and orange trees around the villa.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the The sun room at the rear of the villa.. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
