This modern air-conditioned, 3 bedroomed apartment has wonderful views across the mountains and championship golf course and, being so elevated, the advantage of an almost continuous breeze throughout the day.

There is no minimum stay, giving total flexibility on your dates. Although the prices show per week, it will automatically calculate for the number of days you selec t. The rate is per night for the apartment, not per person, and is £40 low season, £50 high season. There is a flat fee for turnaround costs.

This gives the greatest flexibility for you deciding on your holiday whether the summer family holiday, a long weekend, or a short golf break. We do not charge a premium for half-term holidays.

Although it is possible to survive without a car - airport collection and dro p-off can be arranged at an extra cost - it is generally better to hire one from the airport to get maximum benefit from the facilities within the vicinity.
 

Accommodation comprises: lounge/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin rooms that share a second bathroom. There is a balcony at the front that overlooks the self-contained communal pool, and a small balcony at the back that gets the morning sun. The property also has a solarium on the roof which is ideal for sun worshippers. Air Conditioning is installed in all bedrooms - quite a necessity during August - which can also be used for heating during the winter months.

Desert Springs is only a 10 minute drive from the coast for those who prefer to hit the beaches. This also gives rise to the usual array of shops, restaurants and a good water park - always popular with children.

As well as the 2 restaurants within the Desert Springs resort, there are also a good variety of other restaurants, at various price levels, in the area.
 

The communal swimming pool is only for use by a limited number of apartments and houses within Las Sierras III - it does not tend to get very busy. There is an additional family pool available at the Crocodile Club, for which there is an additional daily charge. Views over to the mountains, the sea and of the championship golf course.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared selec t aspect swimming pool, a selec t aspect patio area, a selec t aspect balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, horse riding, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, scuba diving, historic sites.

There is a Water Park within 15 minutes and Mini Hollywood in Tabernas, 45 minutes drive away.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Chose an apartment so as not to be shoehorned into a hotel room with two children. This one was modern, clean, very well furnished and had all the home comforts. The pool out front is ideal for the kids and there is a friendly British contingent that a give a nice community spirit. Being set at the top of the resort the views from both the apartment and the rooftop terrace are excellent. The description is very accurate and I wouldnt recommend this for elderly or impaired mobility, as you are on the second floor. Although I dont play golf, the course looked stunning and it is obvious no expense has been spared in building the resort. A hire car is a must to make the most of the surrounding area. Mojacar, Garrucha and Villaricos are all worth a visit as is the water park for big and small kids! (I hired a Ford Focus for £150 for 10 days). Excellent value for money and I hope to return in the near future.
