The property is set in 20,000 sq m and includes Olive and Almond trees.  

The beaches and golf courses of Mojacar are a 30 minute drive away.

Huercal Overa is an historic town with beautiful churches, fountains and squares. It has a newly built hospital and a large Spa is in the process of being built.

There is also an outdoor swimming pool in the town. 

A car is essential for this area. The village is a 5 minute drive away and has two mini-mercados, three bars, a church and a doctors.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
