The sub tropical resort of Almerimar is to be found in the province of Almeria which is steeped with history, it is in this region of Andalusia that the Muslim Empire once ruled Spain from the Palace of Alhamba in Granada it has a profound effect which influence is still deeply felt in Spain today.

Almerimar has the best of both worlds, it is unspoiled by commercial tourism yet bustling with life, the town does not closed down in the winter - if you can call it that will an average temperature of 16 to 18 degrees c.

Almerimar is one of Spains best kept secrets. The resort is situated only 35 kilometres from the city of Almeria and 192 kilometres from Malaga. Breakfast and dining can be enjoyed al fresco with the dining table almost integrating onto the balcony with it own outside furniture.

When the swimming pool is opened you can spend all day sunbathing on the comfortable loungers follow by a stroll along the promenade and the beach located just outside the development.

What make the apartment unique in the market place is its location and proximity and detachment from the town centre, stroll in to enjoy its facilities and escape from it within minutes.

The TV is able to receive Spanish Freewiew and Satellite signals, there is also an additional TV in the master bedroom. Swimming pool in the development is opened between Mid June to Early September and has a lifeguard service.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
