A two bedroom apartment which sleeps up to six and is available for rent on the Sanlucar de Barrameda golf course, a short drive to the town centre and beaches. The apartment is located on the third floor (no lift) and has a large covered terrace with excellent views over the Martin Miguel golf course. Currently the golf course only has two cafeterias operating, with more facilities a short drive away.
The property is located within Residencial Albatros Golf and the complex has views of the 18 hole golf course, the town of Sanlucar de Barrameda, the Guadalquivir river and Doñana National Park. The development has a fenced garden area with a large communal swimming pool and two small tennis courts.
The apartment is located on one level; the lounge/dining room has TV (Spanish channels only) and DVD, airconiditioning/heating, sofa bed for two and dining room table and chairs. A door leads to the large covered terrace. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge/dining room and has an oven, electric hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. There is a bathroom (shower over the bath) and two bedrooms; one with two single beds and the second with a double bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
