Our villa (La Casa Rosa) is in Pago del Humo, Chiclana de la Frontera. (costa de la luz).

With a private road, large sliding security gate and wonderful views. It is set on a 1000 sqm plot, with an established garden, two terraced shaded areas, brick built BBQ, and ample sitting areas, and childrens play area. Our pool is above ground and is 9.2meters x 5.3meters (30 feet x 17 feet).

Parking area (within villa grounds) for at least 6 cars, & car port.

5 mins from Chiclana town and 10 mins from La Barossa and Santri Petri Beaches. The village (pago Del Humo) has its own ventas (bars) restaurants, mini supermarket & chemist.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, and fitted wardrobes. (en-suite). Mosquito nets at windows.

Bathrooms: En-suite (to bedroom 1) bathroom with large corner bath & shower over, sink and wc.

Kitchen: Full range of cupboards and top of the range granite work surface, fridge, (no frost) freezer, microwave, washing machine. Ceramic hob and oven, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, ironing board. Mosquito nets at windows and back door (leading onto garden).

Living Rooms: Large lounge, with a 2 seat leather sofa and 2 armchairs, all four reclining. Dresser, 43 inch re-projector TV, DVD, sky tv. 2 speed fan assisted Log burner. optional Air Conditioning. Mosquito nets at windows.

Other: All rooms have Mosquito nets at the windows and a mosquito netted back door.
Bedroom 2 and Kitchen have ceiling fans.

Another optional air conditioning unit in the hall serving all 3 bedrooms.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels (not beach towels) and bed linen included. Villa cleaned before and after departure. Pool & garden maintained weekly.
 

This is superb place to stay for families.

The villa has got 2 (main bedroom and lounge) air conditioning units, these are optional and are available for use at an extra £60 a week.

Car hire is easy to arrange at Jerez airport - cheapest I beleive is Carjet. Hire of a car is recommended.

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark, a food shop.

peter says: "The Villa Rosa was spacious ,clean and exactly as shown in the advertisement.We did however experience some problems with the pool.The water was cloudy and the bottom of the pool was coated with algae.The pool had not been adequately maintained due to a changeover in local representatives.The present representatives did all they could to rectify the problem and were most apologetic.The cost of the villa was fair but we felt it should have included air conditioning.The owners asked for another 120 pounds to use the air con which we opted not to pay.They also requested a further payment of 40 euros when we asked to stay in the property for a few extra hours on our final day.No guests were arriving that day so we felt this to be a reasonable request.We did not opt to pay the extra charge.Once again we felt this to be a rather unfair extra charge."
