Luxury golf course villa with private swimming pool (summer month’s use only) to rent located in Sanlucar de Barrameda on the Costa de la Luz coast of Andalucia. This four bedroom villa sleeps up to eight people and has stunning views across the first hole of the Martin Miguel golf course and surrounding countryside. The property is furnished to a very high standard and comes complete with air conditioning / heating and garden with a very special private pool with patio. The golf course and villa is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Sanlucar with a short drive to the amenities of the town centre. Currently the golf course only has two cafeterias operating, with more facilities a short drive away.

This newly built villa is designed in a traditional Andalucian style with an impressive double height entrance hall / dining room. The other ground floor rooms are arranged around this central living area. There is a spacious lounge with large flat screen TV with Spanish channels and Sky English channels, DVD system for films and music and comfortable seating to accommodate guests. French doors lead to a covered terrace area with ample patio furniture which is surrounded by a large garden. There are stairs down to the lower area with large swimming pool and paved sun bathing area.

One twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe (including safe) is located on the ground floor and a large shower room. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The remaining three bedrooms are found on the first floor. There are two twin bedded rooms which share a family bathroom and one master double en-suite bedroom. The master bedroom has access to two small terraces. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

There is off-street parking for two vehicles and more is available on the road in front of the villa.

Towels (not including beach/pool towels) and 100% cotton bed linen are included in the rental rates.  

The delightful Sanlucar de Barrameda is true Spain. Easy access is provided by a number of airports, the closest being Jerez 20 mins drive, served by low cost airlines including RyanAir. The town is flanked by the Guadalquivir estuary with the beach holding famous horse racing on the beach which attracts leading jockeys from all over Europe.

Dinner in the plaza of the old town is a step back in town with rarely a word of English heard. The heart of the old town is Plaza del Cabildo with restaurants and tapas bars abounding. The price of dinner is amazingly cheap for such fine fare which must be at least sampled with the local Manzanilla wine. Indeed there are a number of bodegas and wineries within a couple of minutes walk of the centre for a great afternoon's tasting session. The architecture of the old town is very ornate, with 13th century Sentura de la O Iglesia simply staggering.  

A well laid out golf course by Borja Queipo de Llano, full advantage has been taken of the topography with its white hills and Atlantic Ocean backdrop. This is an 18 hole par 72 course that compares and contrasts. The outward nine holes are comparable to the British preference for tight fairways littered with bunkers and holes tucked on the edge of greens. The inward nine holes contrast starkly with a more American influence. Water features are not in short supply providing obstacles on seven holes and two tier greens.

It will take approx. 4 hours to complete the 18 holes.

There is also a driving range, practice greens and practice sand bunkers.

The club itself is Andalucian in design with a contemporary atmosphere inside. 

The swimming pool is the largest at this location. It is an attractive shape (see photographs) measuring 15 x 6 metres and has underwater lighting. The surrounding area has been paved to make socialising around the pool very pleasant. 8 loungers have been provided so that everyone may sunbathe at the same time.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, golf.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a themepark.

Town with beautiful square with cafes, bars, restaurants. At the beach, there are water sports.

The Donana National Park is very close by. Take a look at this marvellous nature reserve.
