The finca is situated on top of a hill, 190 meters above sea level, with spectacular all round panoramic views and being three kilometers from the center of the nearest village, La Muela, the two cottages are an idyllic venue for a quiet relaxing holiday.
Once you arrive, as our guest it is our desire to give you, a holiday you will wish to repeat, by providing high quality, spacious, clean accommodation in cottages surrounded by well-maintained gardens. We also provide a personal service that will make every day special and ensure that your visit will be remembered with an abundance of pleasant memories.
Being on the flight path of migrating birds, the finca is the perfect location for bird watching. Also, well situated for easy access to the local beaches and central to many towns and villages.
 

El Almendro is a converted barn. In the past it was the main house of the owners and is constructed of local rock and rendered on the inside and out.
By keeping the original curved and stepped walls, the cottage retains its individuality and charm. Also, by restricting the barn to one bedroom the rooms are large and spacious. Typically, the large bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and bidet and boasts a huge 1.2m square shower.
There is a wide central hallway that separates all the rooms, thus providing total privacy between the bedroom and lounge where extra sleeping is provided by means of a large sofa bed.
Outside, with views to the Atlantic and the setting sun, the cottage has its own private patio, with garden furniture, barbeque and a personal mini pool, with integral seating (2 meters by 2 meters by 0.75 meters deep), which can be used from April to October.
 

By living on the 16,000 meter finca and only having two holiday cottages, we provide a personal service to meet your requirements, whether you want total privacy, help in planning sightseeing days out, advice on restaurants or which beach to visit, we are here to help.

Separating the two cottages, there is a path that meanders through a large concealed tropical garden, which is full of palm trees, yuccas and colourful shrubs and flowers. It is surrounded by a large evergreen hedge and white walls with bougainvillea that provide a frontage of colour

Also we spend a great deal of time working on the garden and encourage our guests to enjoy eating our fresh home grown vegetables, either as a salad or cooked on the barbecue of your private patio. While watching the sun setting over the Atlantic
 

Early Spring and late autumn heating is provided by gas and electric fires. Being on a hill, the garden has all round views. Africa to the south, the Atlantic to the west, Cadiz to the north and the Sierras to the East

The cottage comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In lounge, seperated from bedroom by a hallway. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The cottage has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the cottage you will find a beach, swimming, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, flying, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
