This well equipped and stylish golf course villa with private swimming pool (unheated, summer use only) is available to rent and is located on the Martin Miguel golf course in Sanlucar de Barrameda. The villa has four bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people and has a spacious garden with stunning views across the countryside towards Jerez and an attractive swimming pool. The Sanlucar de Barrameda golf course and villa is located on the outskirts of town a short drive to the bars and restaurants in the centre of Sanlucar. Please note a car is required as there are only two cafes in the urbanization and no shops.

The airy entrance hall also serves as a dining room and the other ground floor rooms are arranged around it. There is a spacious lounge with large flat screen TV which has Spanish channels and Sky English channels and there is a DVD system for films and music. From the lounge access is gained onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and stairs down to the 800m² garden and pool.

The entrance level also has one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and safe. There is also a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower ground floor level. There are two bedrooms en-suite bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with twin bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and access to a covered terrace with garden furniture and the garden and pool. The fourth bedroom is a large bodega style room with twin beds and double sofa bed.

Off-street parking is available for two cars and parking is available in front of the villa.

Towels (not including beach/pool towels) and bed linen are included in the rental rates. A security deposit will be payable on arrival.
