The property was purchased foremost for family holidays and therefore the facilities have been installed with that in mind. This is an ideal property for familys with young children or for older people wishing to use it as a base for touring this beautiful area. the Beautiful La Barrosa beach is just 15 min drive and is second to none in Spain. the area is steeped in history with trafalgar Point just 45 min drive and Cadiz the oldest city in Europe just 25 min. The Sherry Bodegas in Jerez are also a worthwhile day out as is the Andalucian Riding School.We can advise you on the many wonderful restaurants to be had where you can enjoy the local quisine.

It is ideally located not just for touring but also its close proximity to Jerez Grand Prix Circuit. several times each year you can see F1 testing at the outrages price of 5€, not forgetting of course the Moto GP which is just 30 min away
