Casa Clara has absolutely stunning panoramic views of the historic white village of Vejer. These can be enjoyed from the patio and roof terrace or the large open plan living room.

The horse centre, country club and golf course of Montenmedio are nearby. This light and airy house is a short drive from the beaches, and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of Andalucia

This well designed house has a few unusual features including the fireplace, and the bath built out of mosaic tiles.
The living room/kitchen is over 40m2 and from here you walk up 3 steps in this split-level house to the bathroom and bedroom.
The fully fitted kitchen has stone worktops, microwave, hob, oven, fridge, kettle and dishwasher. There is a small washroom with washing machine a few metres walk away.
The total living space of the property is approx 65m2 and the front patio is 25 m2. The roof terrace is 65m2 as well.
Casa Clara was completed in 2007 and sleeps up to 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and the other two on either of the bed settees in the living room.

The house has parking and the use of a garden of approximately 150m2which has several orange trees and a grapevine.
We also run the English bookshop in Vejer with over 3000 second hand books, so you may choose some of these books free of charge to read during your stay.
For birdwatchers there are many storks about and I have seen Marsh harriers, booted eagles, Short toed eagles and other raptors. This area is one of the main migration routes for birds crossing the Straits of Gibraltar.
The house is in the small village of El Soto, which has two traditional Spanish bars, one of which has a small restaurant.
The equestrian centre of Montenmedio is less than 1 km away and this has several restaurants as well as a golf course and in February the "sunshine tour" with 1,500 horses
The changeover day is Saturday, although outside of the July and August peak season we are flexible.
It is possible to go for walks into the Spanish countryside as soon as you exit the front gate.
The fabulous white village of Vejer is around ten minutes drive away and Barbate´s beaches are 15Kms away. It is only a little further to the beaches of El Palmar and Caños De Meca , whilst the windsurfers paradise of Tarifa is a half hour away.
 

 

 

The house comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a west facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
