Luxury golf course villa located on the popular Martin Miguel course in Sanlucar de Barrameda. The property is fully equipped and sleeps up to ten people in four bedrooms. It also benefits from its own private garden and swimming pool (for use in summer months only) with fantastic countryside views towards Jerez. The Sanlucar de Barrameda golf course and this villa are located on the outskirts of Sanlucar and it is a short drive to the bars and restaurants in the centre of town. Please note there are only two cafeterias on the golf course and a car is therefore required.

The airy entrance hall also serves as a dining room and the other ground floor rooms are arranged around it. There is a spacious lounge with large flat screen TV which has Spanish channels and Sky English channels and there is a DVD system for films and music. One sofa is a sofa bed. From the lounge access is gained onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and stairs down to the 800m² garden and pool.

The entrance level also has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and safe. There is also a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Stairs lead to the lower ground floor where the three remaining three bedrooms are located. There are two en-suite bedrooms; one has twin beds and the other a double bed both and both have fitted wardrobes. There is also access from both bedrooms onto a covered terrace and the garden and pool. The fourth bedroom is a large bodega style room with a double and two single beds.

Off-street parking is available for two cars and other parking is available in front of the villa.

Towels (not including beach/pool towels) and bed linen are included in the rental rates. A security deposit will be payable on arrival
