Luxury four bedroom golf course villa which sleeps up to 10 with air conditioning and private pool located on the Sanlucar de Barrameda Martin Miguel golf course. The villa has views over the first hole and surrounding picturesque countryside. The 800m² garden has a private pool 8mx4m and the garden has a BBQ and plenty garden furniture. This Sanlucar golf course villa is 4km from the town centre and beaches of Sanlucar de Barrameda. Currently the golf course has two cafes with more bars and restaurants available in the town centre or a short drive away.
The impressive double height entrance hall is also the dining room. From the entrance hall access is gained to all the other ground floor rooms; a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and lounge. The lounge has a large flat screen TV with English and Spanish channels and DVD player. From the lounge doors lead onto a covered terrace and garden, pool and BBQ.
The first remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with single beds and a family bathroom. The double en-suite bedroom has a small patio and balcony which has garden / pool views.
