Lovely family villa with private pool in great location, near the sea
This lovely very modern house is located in a lovely area near to the beaches. It has a private swimming pool and outdoor terrace with plenty of seating and four sun beds/relaxer chairs.
It makes and ideal location for families or two families travelling together.
The lounge benefits from SKY TV and there is ADSL access available.
We would recommend a car with this house.

Why is this villa such good value?
This villa does have some building work nearby. Whilst it is not possible to see it when you are in the garden or pool, there is some noise. It is not excessive, but we have dramatically reduced the prices to reflect this.
