The comfortable well furnished apartment is ground floor and only a short stroll from the wide sandy beach. Costalita is a well sought after urbanisation situated between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona and very close to Marbella and the infamous Puerto Banus. 

This superb ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the award winning Costalita Urbis urbanisation. The property is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. As you enter the apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the attached utility room.

The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with two sofas and two armchairs, television witha full Sky package and DVD, dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with a family bathroom next to it.

There is a terrace complete with garden furniture accessible from the lounge. The delightful pool area is surrounded by very pretty gardens, streams and ponds. Just a stroll through these gardens takes you to the beach, where there is an attractive promenade. The urbanisation benefits from the exclusive beach front location with access to miles of clean sandy uncrowded beaches.

Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. A basic Welcome Pack is supplied for your convenience.

If you are not hiring a car, taxis are readily available and there is a very reliable bus service to all the local towns, i.e. Estepona, San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus.

A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

 

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find wind surfing, historic sites, a museum, a themepark.

The Sierra Nevada mountains are only about a two hour drive away from the apartment.

Ronda and the White Villages nearby are worth a visit together with Gibraltar and nearby Tarifa.
