The living area has a large screen LCD TV with UK Satellite channels, DVD and large leather 2 seater and 3 seater sofas (double sofa bed) which comfortably seat 6 people. The rear gardens can be accessed from here through double patio doors with views out over the Heathlands golf course and the mountains and coastline of the Costa del Sol beyond.

The dining area has seating for 6 people and is situated beneath sky lights forming part of a large open area extending all the way to the roof terrace.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms. Both have fitted cupboards, ensuite facilities and Juliet balconies looking out to golf views from the front and rear. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

From the landing there are stairs leading to the roof terrace which is equipped with outdoor furniture.
 

Alcaidesa is situated in close proximity to Algeciras, Tarifa and Cadiz to the west and Sotogrande, Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella to the east. There are also good road and rail links to Rhonda and Seville from Algeciras.

Golf
There is plenty of choice available, from budget to exclusive, all within a 15 minute drive from this locality. The prestigious courses of Valderrama, San Roque and Sotogrande are all on the doorstep.

Other Activities
These range from diving and dolphin watching, cycling, windsurfing and kitesurfing, horse riding and polo, a waterpark, tennis and fishing.

Shopping, Bars and Restaurants
For food shopping there is a well stocked supermarket 5 minutes drive away or for the nearest hypermarket, there is a Carrefour at the commercial centre and retail park a 10 minute drive away in Los Barrios (towards Algeciras).

There are also two open air markets held every Wednesday in La Linea (bordering Gibraltar) and every Saturday in Sabanillas.

There are a good selection of restaurants and bars catering for every taste and budget within the immediate locality. This includes open air dining at the beach Chiringuitas to fine dining in Alcaidesa’s Hacienda restaurant and range from traditional Spanish tapas to Japanese sushi and everything that falls in between!

Places to Visit
Gibraltar, only 8 miles from Alcaidesa, is famous worldwide for its dramatic rock and contains some of the most extensive military fortifications in Europe, spanning over 1200 years of Moorish, Spanish and British history. Here, you can enjoy some of the finest caves in Europe and see the famous colony of Gibraltar apes, the only ones in Europe to run free in a semi-wild state and spend the day indulging in some duty free shopping.

Algeciras is located round the far side of the bay to Gibraltar. There is a strong Arab influence here due to its proximity to Northern Africa with many of the signs in Arabic as well as Spanish. Frequent ferries run from here to Tangiers.

Tarifa is a true surfers paradise with 10 kilometres of white sandy beaches and some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions in Europe. It is at the southern-most tip of Europe with views across the water of the Rif Mountains in Africa. In the town itself there are narrow cobbled streets, plenty of tapas bars and whitewashed houses.

Sotogrande, famous for its luxurious marina and residential development is a great place to visit and while away the hours in one of the quay side bars or restaurants. One of the top venues in the world for polo, and the only place in Europe where the sport is played throughout the year.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. The house is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, golf, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the house you will find wind surfing.
