Duquesa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Manilva. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year round with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is located about an 8 minute walk from the beach. Here you will find a superb chiringuita (beach bar) which serves tradition Spanish & seafood dishes. A short drive will take you to the marina at Duquesa. The port of Duquesa has a wide selection of bars & restaurants, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.

Near to the apartment are the golf courses of Doña Julia & Finca Cortesin, top quality courses only a couple of minutes away.More of europe's finest golf courses are within a thirty minute drive, including : Duquesa Golf, Los Arqueros, La Quinta, Los Flamingos, MonteMayor, Atalaya Park, Estepona, San Roque, Almenara, Sotogrande, Valderrama and Alcaidesa.
