This three-bed villa is situated in the charming beach side urbanisation of Marbesa. The beach is a five-minute walk away and boasts many beach bars and restaurants where a lunch or an evening meal can be enjoyed. Taking a short walk along the beach brings you to the port of Cabopino which has a further selection of good eating and drinking haunts not to mention its own excellent beach.  

The property comprises an entrance hall with access to the cloakroom, lounge and modern kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a feature fireplace Sat TV and gives access to the dining area. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large south facing terrace overlooking the pricate swimming pool. Leading from the lounge are the three bedrooms, one double master and 2 twin bedrooms each with their own en suite bathrooms with independant showers and bath. The pool is 9m x 4.5m. and is located at the center of the gardens mainly laid to grass -/ ideal for children to ptal safely. At one end of the garden is located the BBQ area.  

Weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels. 

Within the Marbesa complex you will find a good selection of beach bar's and restaurants, there is also a supermarket and an internet cafe.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
