Excellent location with fabulous views
This modern villa is situated in the beach side Urbanisation of Marbesa, hence the magnificent sea views across the Mediteranian to North Africa.
The beach, which is a ten minute walk from the villa, is amongst the best in the area and boasts several good beach bars ideal for a bite of lunch or an evening meal. The Port of Cabopino is close at hand and has a number of excellent bars and restaurants. There is a lot to be seen and enjoyed in and around the area and to get the most out of your trip hire car is recommended.

Layout of the Villa
An impressive entrance leads into the living area of split level lounge, dining room and kitchen. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. From the living area a passageway leads to a twin bedroom, bathroom and small lounge. The upper floor comprises the master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom also with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has access to a south facing balcony and is equipped with table and chairs. The lower floor is a flat comprising twin bedroom, large lounge and toilet. The garden and pool area is spacious, south facing with excellent sea views and has a pleasent BBQ/bar area. The pool has the added advantage of having a child fence.
Facilities Included
Weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
