Villa and Country house Maleika in Estepona is so peacefull and charming , that you won't want to leave it. This wonderfully peaceful villa is in a class of its own. It is decorated in a North Afican style including one of the many bathrooms which has a specially made bath- tub. The house is designed with tranquility and relaxation in mind and the large rooms and sense of space reinforce this; you certainly won't feel enclosed here! The villa boasts a large flat screen TV in the wonderfully presented lounge and good size pool is so convenient just outside the french doors! All of the bedrooms (bar one) are in the Morocan style. The final bedroom is in a more conventional style and may be more suited to children! As the property is on a slightly-elevated position it commands fantastic views. The large gardens run down the side of the hill and just above the property there is a modern (private) horse stable where it may be possible to arrange a trek via the owner for the more experienced rider. Altogether this property is a great place to escape at a very realistic price.

 

This tranquil villa is set in the country-side just three kilometers away from the beaches and beach-bars. It is also conveniently close to the centre of Estepona to enjoy all the benefits of the night-life, restaurants and shopping this charming town has to offer, without being on top of it! The Port of Estepona is only a short drive away where more bars and restaurants can be found, plus a Sunday morning market. It is also ideally located for the Laguna Village shopping and beach complex.

 

A lot! Laguna village - playground of the rich and famous - is only 3km away. Famous Puerto Banus with its yachts, sport cars and numerous restaurants as well as the historic town of Marbella are only 15minutes away . Jerez - where world famous Sherry is produced and the royal spanish horses are dancing is an easy hours drive away. And then of course .... there is Gibraltar, Granada and Sevilla close enough for a daytrip.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the one upstairs and one downstairs. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets are welcome
Tenants are kindly requested to clean up after their pets before they leave or a charge of 50 EUR will be levied. 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, water skiing, wind surfing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, golf, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

Dear Sabine,

As always we had a super holiday in your villa this summer.

If its available, we would really like to book it again for 2008 for three weeks from August 16th.

It looks like I will have another Grandchild for this holiday - Jo is in the club again - and this can be blamed on last summer in Estapona.
