Living Room & Kitchen
The apartment was completely renovated in early 2008.
Located on the 1st floor it has a large airy living room with two large couches and a dining table. This opens out onto the large 37sq.m. balcony (west facing). The room is air conditioned and equipped with a TV with Sky tv package, DVD & Video player.
The kitchen has been thoroughly modernised and has a full oven/grill, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher as well as and all the other usual appliances e.g. kettle, toaster, iron etc. There is also a tumble dryer in a storage press on the balcony.

The large balcony, which runs along the length of the apartment, overlooks the childrens pool and one of the main pools, and the nearby park. It has a table and chairs so you can dine “al fresco” or enjoy a relaxing evening drink.
