The lovely spacious apartment is situated on the Cabopino golf complex. The apartment is located in a secure garden, with access to residents via a locked gate. It is situated on the ground floor with a terraced area and four steps lead to a small private garden, separate from the community garden. The delightful gardens stretch along the length of the community and set in the middle is a swimming pool together with a separate children's pool.

Offering 2 twin bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite), and with a double sofa bed in the lounge it comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Bedding is provided.

Each bathroom has full facilities: bath, shower, WC, basin & bidet. Towels are provided.

The fitted kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, crockery etc. The separate utility room contains a washing machine.

The large lounge & dining area are tastefully furnished, you can enjoy the lovely sea views through the picture window. The doors open onto a spacious terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. Steps lead to a small private garden, separate from the community garden which houses the two swimming pools.

 

There is a small shop and a garage offering basics provisions on the community and an excellant Pizza restaurant owned by an English couple for very reasonably priced food in a friendly environment. There is also a sports bar where you can watch the large screens or play pool. Just a few steps up the road is a good Italian and excellant Indian Restaurants or take the easy 10miunte stroll to the Port where there are several restaurants and bars to keep you entertained. A short drive to Calahonda offers many more establishments to choose from or 7km away is Marbella where the Old Town is highly recommended. 

Cabopino has one of the best beaches in the area, it stretches for miles and there are several beach restaurants to cater for every palate.

Drive or hop on a bus to Marbella for a large supermarket/shopping centre at La Canada or Parque Miramar at Fuengirola, both offer an excellant opportunity for some retail therapy/restaurants and cinema.

Although a car is not essential as the buses are very good and there is a taxi rank at the port, you may wish to rent one if you want to explore the area, Mijas in the hills, the dramatic scenery of Ronda and Gibralter are all worth a visit.

There are over 35 golf courses within a 30min drive, each offering fantastic facilities at varying prices. The apartment is situated 50yds from the driving range of Cabopino Golf and the challenging 18 hole golf course is accessible just a short drive uphill to the clubhouse with its spectacular views. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.
