The apartment is just 3 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants that Calahonda has to offer Only 8 minutes drive from both Marbella and Fuengirola. There are 3 supermarkets within a very short walk. Everything is on your doorstep a Car is not needed. Bus stops, taxi rank and car hire are all across the road. It is a fantastic location from which to discover costa del sol, yet quiet enough just to relax and kick back. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday.
Only 12-15 minutes walk will take you to the nicest port on the coast Cabopino where there is a selection of lovely bars and restaurants aswell as a lovely beach offering watersports and beach bars.
I'm sure you have heard that this area is known as the Costa del Golf. They are not lying. Costa Del Sol is famous for its variety of golf courses on offer. Something for every level spread out from Malaga right to the opposite end of Estapona. None of them more than a 30 minute drive, and some directly on your doorstep.
We bought the apartment for its perfect location and the grounds on which it was built. Lovely maintained gardens and pool.
Within the apartment you will find a clean modern yet homely decor, Lovely bedding and fluffy towels. The dvd player also plays cds of which we have left some with in the apartment for your use. 

About Sailing
There is a choice of 3 great ports within a 10 minute drive from each other. Cabopino which is nearest, Porto deportivo in the heart of Marbella, and the famous Puerto Banus all of them offering sailing trips. There are many more ports along the coast if you want to travel a little further Benalmadena, Fuengirolla to mention just 2.
About Beaches
It is just a short 3 minute walk to Calahonda beach this is literally on your doorstep. Just walk 10 minutes in the marbella direction and you will come upon the beautiful beach and lovely port of Cabopino. This is where El Dorado was filmed and offers a dozen lovely restaurants and bars. A must whilst in Calahonda. 

About Bars & restaurants.
The apartment is located within 2-5 minutes walk of around 40-50 bars a restaurants. Based around El Zoco, Calypso and several other retail & commercial area's. for a wider selection of bars and clubs Fuengirola and Marbella are an 8 minute taxi ride away. Walking distance to both taxi ranks and bus stops. Car hire is across the road and the nearest train station is a 8 minute ride away in Fuengirola
We will leave information within the apartment on bars and restaurants we can personally recommend. 

The cot is a travel cot please inform us if it is required then we can have it set up for you. A high chair is also in the apartment. SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE BALCONY but we request that you do NOT smoke in the apartment to make it more enjoyable for all guests. A small safe is also in the apartment as well as a high chair & hair dryer. Even though air con is not fitted there are powerful ceiling fans in the master bedroom, living area and a free standing fan in the 2nd bedroom. We live in Spain and find this adequate for the summer months.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Property is suitable for wheelchairs
we have a lift directly outside the door so there is no stairs to overcome. I would like to point out though that the doors are average width & there are no hand rails fitted in the bathrooms. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, cycling, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing.

mark says: "Myself and family recently stayed at the appartment - everything was as detailed in the description of the property posted on the WWW. Immaculate, clean, convenient to all amenities. Spent most mornings before breakfast in the pool swith the kids. All furnishings and white ware as new - seemed a shame to cook!!! - but we did lots of cooking - all utensils and hardware perfect/spotless. Nice to have 2nd shower room - ideal for the kids as nice and low wirh taps etc that could be reached and controled by ease even by a 5 and 4 year old. I will definately be retuning in the near future and this apartment would be a first choice at all times. Ecellent holiday, enjoyed by all - even i relaxed as soon as i arrived. Collected from the airport by Keith one of Bettinas friends - no need for a car - bus service very good. Local supermarkets had everything you wanted - meat/fish especially good. " "
